Exchange Policy

At Nayzak Sleep Solutions, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a clear and convenient shopping experience. We offer product exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below, taking into consideration the type and condition of the product, as well as the reason for the exchange request.

Medical Mattress Exchanges

If the customer tries the mattress and finds that the comfort or firmness level is not suitable, an exchange for another, more suitable mattress may be requested.

If a higher-priced mattress is selected, the customer must pay the price difference and will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange.

The mattress will be inspected before the exchange request is approved to ensure that it is in acceptable condition and has not been damaged due to misuse.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the case will be handled in accordance with Nayzak’s Mattress Warranty Policy.

Exchanges for Other Products

Other products may be exchanged in the following cases:

• The received product does not match the requested specifications or order.
• The received size, color, or product type is different from what was ordered.
• There is an issue with the product upon receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition.
• Be unused.
• Be unwashed and undamaged.
• Be kept in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all parts and accessories supplied with the product.

Price Difference

If the customer chooses a product with a higher value than the product being exchanged, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Any applicable price difference will be clearly communicated before the exchange is completed.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges may apply to an exchange depending on the reason for the exchange, the customer’s location, and the nature of the order.

If the received product was incorrect due to an error on Nayzak’s part, the case will be handled according to the order details after verification.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

An exchange request may not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been used or washed.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse.
• The product or its packaging has not been properly maintained.
• The product has been damaged or altered after delivery.
• The product’s use and care instructions have not been followed.

General Notes

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and assessment before approval. Each case will be evaluated based on the type and condition of the product and the reason for the exchange request.

Customers are advised to retain the invoice or proof of purchase to facilitate the exchange process.
