A mattress may be exchanged during the warranty period specified for each mattress type from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection and assessment.

If an exchange is approved under the warranty, the customer may choose another mattress of the same value or select a higher-value product and pay the price difference.

If the customer tries the mattress and finds that the comfort level is not suitable, it may be exchanged for another mattress. If the replacement mattress has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference and will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange.

Other products may be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect or if the product received does not match the requested specifications, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition and that all packaging and accessories are kept complete.

If the product does not match the requested specifications, the customer may exchange it for a product that meets the required specifications or choose another product and pay the price difference if its value is higher.

Price differences and delivery charges may apply depending on the reason and circumstances of the exchange.
