Nayzak Mattress Warranty Policy

At Nayzak Sleep Solutions, we are committed to providing mattresses and sleep solutions with reliable quality. We offer a warranty on our mattresses that reflects our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing and our commitment to our customers’ comfort.

Warranty Period

Each mattress is covered by the warranty period specified for its model. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase shown on the invoice or proof of purchase.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including, but not limited to:

• Abnormal mattress sagging beyond the acceptable limits for the nature of the product.
• Defects in the materials or internal components.
• Stitching or assembly defects resulting from a manufacturing fault.
• Any manufacturing defect that clearly affects the mattress’s performance or primary function.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
• Water, liquids, excessive humidity, or mold.
• Fire, accidents, or external factors.
• Improper storage.
• Tears, cuts, or stains resulting from use.
• Natural changes in comfort feel or firmness over time.
• Using the mattress on an unsuitable or uneven base.
• Any modification to the product that affects its original condition.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To benefit from the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
• Product use and care instructions must be followed.
• The mattress must be used on a suitable and level base.
• No modifications must have been made to the product.
• The issue must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

Inspection, Repair, or Replacement Process

The product is subject to technical inspection and assessment to determine the nature and cause of the issue.

If a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, one of the following solutions will be provided depending on the case:

• Repair of the product, or
• Replacement with a similar product, or
• An appropriate alternative solution based on the condition of the product and model availability.

Transportation or delivery charges may apply depending on the nature of the case and the customer’s location. Any applicable charges will be clarified before proceeding.

All warranty claims are handled according to the condition of the product, the outcome of the technical inspection, and the published warranty terms, without prejudice to any consumer rights provided by law.
